The receptionists goal is to provide you with information about services we provide. They are usually your first point of contact with the surgery so they will try very hard to help you. The receptionists will book you appointments to see the doctors and nurses and deal with things such as repeat prescription requests. If you require help which can not be provided within the health centre, they can guide you to alternative sources of information and resources provided by our colleagues in the community. It is always worthwhile asking them for help if you don't know who to turn to.
